• Do you offer any type of guarantee?

A certificate of authenticity numbered and signed by the artist. If there are damages due to transportation, an exchange will be made.

• Do you have a return or exchange policy?

Non-personalized works do. The costs of return shipping will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the return amount.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

Since they are works made specifically for you, it depends on the complexity of the work and the destination. You will receive an email when we have finished the work and shipped it, and you will be able to track the order. If you need to know more specifically, feel free to ask us and we can give you an estimate.

• How I can keep track of my order?

When your order has left our workshop, we will send you an email in which we will provide you with a link where you can track your order.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

Non- personalized works can be canceled or changed. Custom ones cannot be changed or canceled once the run has started.

• What is the process to request a personalized work?

Fill out the form at the bottom of the store's main page explaining what you want with as much detail as possible and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss it.

• How long does it take you to complete a custom piece?

Depending on the complexity, it can take from 24 hours to several days.

• Can you create a work based on an image I provide?

By contacting us you can send us the image you want us to make and we can tell you exactly how it will be made. Even so, you must keep in mind that we do not take portraits.

 

MAINTENANCE

• How can I properly maintain and care for a work?

We apply a fixative to all the works so that the pigments remain intact. If necessary, use a dust catcher very lightly, without pressing.
